Absolutely not. I work with all athletes; from complete beginners to experienced athletes who run for their country. You will be very well looked after no matter what your previous experience is. The training programmes will be specific to YOU - not off the shelf programmes that don't fit your goals or life commitments.
It really depends on what your goals are, how often you can train and what you want to achieve. If your goal is to beat a PB at a certain distance then, yes, the training will reflect that and will feel tough at times.
Remember, "train hard, race easy" is the motto for success ! The more effort we build in training, the more straightforward race day will be.
A fully customised training plan which is designed around you as an individual rather than something downloaded off a website or off the shelf.
We will have a friendly chat about your running or health goals and I'll ask you to complete a completely confidential questionnaire about your current running, health, sleep, nutrition, race plans etc. From this I will then create a training plan designed specifically for you as an athlete.
I'll be checking in with you on a weekly basis to see how everything is going and reviewing the sessions you are completing. We can tweak the plan as we go to make sure you achieve your goals !
Fully customised plans cost £50 per month which is great value considering the attention and personalisation you receive. There are discounts available for signing up for longer periods. Full costs can be found on our pricing page.
