Hey, we were all beginners once !
Born to Run Coaching will make sure you develop strong running techniques and improve your running whilst staying injury free in those crucial early months.
My approach is that you have to have some fun whilst training ! Being relaxed, confident and feeling strong on race day is a great feeling and we will work together, have some laughs and achieve those goals.
As well as the structured training programmes, you can also request individual 1-2-1 sessions and video analysis to focus on running form and technique, hill strength and speed work (extra charges apply).
